The 500MHz Bruker AVANCE IIIs are equipped with Cryoprobe and BACS-120.
NMR systems are available around the clock.
The NMR Facility serves a large community of users within the Department of Chemistry, other Departments on-campus, as well as companies of the Industrial Associate Program (IAP).
The NMR lab consists of six spectrometers from 300 MHz to 500 MHz, all with remote-enabled access to experimental data, and standard off-line NMR processing software. The installation of a new Bruker 800 MHz Ascend Magnet with the Avance III console and Cryoprobe is scheduled for 2013.
All spectrometers operate on a 24/7 open access basis. After mandatory operational training, users are granted their own account to perform experiments.
