Research Area:
This workshop will bring together researchers working across theory, computation, and experiment to address fundamental open questions in the rapidly evolving field of hyperuniformity. Topics will include the emergence of hyperuniformity in equilibrium and nonequilibrium statistical mechanics, its theoretical foundations, and its consequences for transport, optical response, quantum mechanical behavior, structural organization, discrete geometry, and constrained optimization in biological systems.
