Princeton Materials Institute

The Princeton Materials Institute is an interdisciplinary institute devoted to addressing modern societal challenges through innovation in materials science. The Institute places emphasis on collaboration between academia and industry to facilitate real world solutions and helps faculty members make those connections.

The Institute provides researchers access to world-class facilities in the Micro/Nanofabrication Lab and the Imaging Analysis center. It is funded by a number of government agencies, foundations and industries. PRISM offers an undergraduate certificate program and presents opportunities for interdisciplinary research to interested graduate students.
