Carter awarded 2017 Irving Langmuir Prize in Chemical Physics

Emily A. Carter, the Gerhard R. Andlinger Professor in Energy and the Environment, Professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and Applied and Computational Mathematics and Dean of the School of Engineering and Applied Science, has been awarded the 2017 Irving Langmuir Prize in Chemical Physics. The biennial prize is administered by the American Physical Society to recognize and encourage outstanding interdisciplinary research in chemistry and physics.
