New Majors
Concentration Declaration Spring 2024
The concentration declaration period for Spring 2024 is March 28-April 15, 2024.
The Chemistry Department will host an Open House for Prospective Majors on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 7:30 PM in Frick B02.

Prospective Chemistry Concentrators, Class of 2026, should follow this procedure.
Prospective Chemistry Concentrators, Class of 2027, should follow this procedure.
Declaring the Chemistry Concentration:
- Declare your intention to concentrate in Chemistry on the University website. You will receive instructions from your Residential College. Completion of this step will allow your chosen department access to your academic record.
- Complete the Departmental Academic Planning Form (DAPF in TigerHub). You must submit your completed DAPF before meeting with Dr. L’Esperance, the Director of Studies in Chemistry and Junior Class advisor.
- Schedule a meeting with Dr. L’Esperance
- Dr. L’Esperance will review your course selection with you. After your DAPF is approved for you courses for the coming semester, you can enroll in courses on Wednesday, April 17, 2024.
